Born on January 2, 1983 in Los Angeles, California, Catherine Ann "Kate" Bosworth began her acting career in 1988 with a role in The Horse Whisperer. In 2000 Bosworth was in the film Remember the Titans before her first starring role in Blue Crush. Bosworth continued her career with the films The Rules of Attraction, Wonderland, Beyond the Sea and Win a Date with Tad Hamilton!. Bosworth then took on some Revlon ads as well as work for Calvin Klein Jeans. Bosworth career continued with the role of Lois Lane in Superman Returns and has since appeared in The Girl in the Park, 21 and Laundry Warrior.
