Born on October 28, 1967, in Smyrna, Georgia, Julie Fiona Roberts began her acting career in 1987 in the film Blood Red. Roberts was then in the movies Satisfaction and Mystic Pizza, in 1990 Roberts was nominated for a Best Supporting Actress for her work on Steel Magnolias. Roberts then got her second Oscar nomination for her portrayal of Vivian Ward in Pretty Woman. Robert was then in the movies Flatliners, Sleeping with the Enemy, Dying Young, Hook, The Player, The Pelican Brief, Everyone Says I Love You, Mary Reilly, Ready To Wear and I Love Trouble. In 1997 Robert was in My Best Friend's Wedding she followed this with the successful movies Notting Hill, Runaway Bride and Erin Brockovich. Roberts has since been in the movies Ocean's Eleven, Closer, Ocean's Twelve, Ant Bully, Charlotte's Web and Charlie Wilson's War.
