Born on May 1st, 1983 in Liverpool, England , Jennifer Ellison began her acting career in 1988 when she joined the cast of soap opera Brookside as Emily Shadwick O'Leary, Ellison continued the show for five years. Ellison then went on to play Meg Giry in 2004 film version of The Phantom of the Opera. Ellison has also appeared on various TV shows including Jennifer Ellison does Thailand in 2003 and in 2004 the reality show Hell's Kitchen, in 2005 Ellison appeared on the reality show With a little help from my friends, in 2007 she was on The Verdict and has since co-hosted the reality show Dirty Dancing - Time of your Life.
