Born on July 4, 1983 in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil Isabeli Bergossi Fontana began her modelling career when she was a finalist in Elite Model Look Contest at the age of thirteen 13. Fontata soon relocated to Milan and began work as a model and in 1999 at age sixteen she appeared in the Victoria's Secret lingerie catalogue, causing some controversy. Fontana has since modelled for Versace, Ralph Lauren and Valentino as well as appearing in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, Marie Claire, ELLE and Vogue.
