Born on November 25, 1971 in Hollywood, California, Christina Applegate began her acting career at the age of three months when she appeared on Days of Our Lives with her mother. Applegate made her film debut when she was nine in the film Jaws of Satan, Applegate followed this with various TV shows including Washingtoon, Father Murphy, Charles in Charge, Heart of the City, Still the Beaver and Family Ties.
