Born on June 1, 1970 in Vlaardingen, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands , Karen Mulder began her modelling career in 1987 when she was a finalist in Elite's Look Of The Year worldwide competition. Soon Mulders career was taking off and she had runway work for Valentino, YSL, Lanvin, Versace, and Armani. Mulder’s campaigns include Guess?, Calvin Klein, Claude Montana, Ralph Lauren, Yves Saint Laurent, Rive Gauche fragrance, Guerlain, Chlo, Valentino, Revlon, Jacques Fath, Gianfranco Ferr, Nivea and Herv Lger.
