Born on March 28, 1981, in New York, Julia Stiles began her acting career with a guest appearance on the series Ghostwriter and on Chicago Hope. Stiles was later in the made-for-TV movies, Before Women Had Wings and The '60's.Stiles then moved into films with I Love You, I Love You Not, The Devil's Own, Wide Awake and Wicked. In 1999 Stiles was cast as Kat Stratford in the film 10 Things I Hate About You, Stiles continued with roles in Down to You, Hamlet, O, Save the Last Dance, State and Main, The Business of Strangers, The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum.
