Born on September 14, 1978 in Paide, Estonia Carmen Kass began her modelling career when she was righteen and moved to Paris. Soon after Kass was gracing the covers of French, UK and US Vogue, ELLE, Image , Madame Figaro and Numéro France magazines. By 1999 Kass had modelled for Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Prada, Versace, Fendi, Chanel, Chloé, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Victoria's Secret and Givenchy.
