Born on November 12, 1982 in Brooklyn, New York, Anne Jacqueline Hathaway began her acting career in 1999 in the TV series Get Real, the show lasted one season. In 2001 Hathaway was cast in the role of Mia Thermopolis in The Princess Diaries, that same year she was also in The Other Side of Heaven. Hathaway was then in the movies Nicholas Nickleby, Ella Enchanted, The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement, Hoodwinked and Havoc.
