Anna Friel

 Born on July 12, 1976 in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, England, Anna Louise Friel began her acting career when she was thirteen when she was on the TV show G.B.H.. Friel then made appearances on a number of shows including Emmerdale Farm and Medics, Friel was then cast as Beth Jordache in the soap Brookside where she remained for two years. Friel was then in a number of movies including The Tribe, Rogue Trader, The Land Girls, All For Love, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Timeline, Me Without You and Goal! and Goal!
